Q. What are your trading terms of lightweight electric wheelchair and electric mobility scooter?
A: Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance paid before shipping or against bill of lading; D/P and L/C are also acceptable for order more than USD200,000.

Q: What's your warranty policy of folding electric wheelchair and mobility scooter?
A: We provide 1 year free warranty for electric wheelchairs & mobility scooters by non-human factor. You just need to send us pictures or videos of the damaged parts, then we send new parts or compensation to you.

Q: Can we have your sample? 
A: Samples are available and be ready in 7-15 days upon receipt of payment.The sample cost will be increased USD100 for local charge.
